Jetpack Joyride received an update today that, in Halfbrick Studios’ own words, “our greatest update ever!”
The update information reads as follows:
This is possibly our greatest update ever!
New mission System: Jetpack Joyride now has an entirely new Mission System! Now, each time you prestige you will be presented with a variety of new and exciting challenges that will take you deep into the bowels of understanding everything that Jetpack Joyride has to offer. Will you be able to earn all 125 prestige badges? Are you Barry enough to handle the challenge?
Please note that the new mission system is only playable AFTER prestiging at least once. If you have already prestiged and get the update, any mission you get after your current missions will automatically transition over to the new ones, yay!
New environment: Barry heads into a tranquil and enchanting forest to continue his coin collecting, havoc wreaking, and time travelling adventures.
You want more? How about new achievements, and new items in the store such as Kingly robes and crown.
Even more I hear you say? How about some new Stash items like the Super Head Start and Super Head Start 5 pack!! BAM!
We have also resolved a number of minor bugs, because that’s how we roll.

There’s no way to select the new environment; It just randomly appears. Play a few rounds and you are bound to see it.
Super Head Start is 3,000 coins, and the 5 pack is 10,000 coins. Kingly Crown is 20,000 coins, and the Royal Robes are 17,500 coins.
