FCC Sued Over ‘Net Neutrality’ Rules Published to The Federal Register

That didn’t take long. Earlier in the week the FCC published their Net Neutrality rules to the Federal Register, and now it looks like the first lawsuits are beginning to trickle in as predicted.

On Wednesday, the Free Press filed a lawsuit against the FCC, saying they didn’t protect wireless Internet users enough.

The Net Neutrality rules are set to go into effect on November 20th but not without a good battle in the court it seems. If you’re interested in learning more check out the source.
