AT&T Mango Line-Up: HTC Titan, Samsung Focus S, and Focus Flash
>By James Lenhart
AT&T has just announced they will add two more Mango phones to the line-up — The Samsung Focus S, and Focus Flash. The HTC Titan which was announced a couple weeks ago at IFA will also be running Windows Mango and will be supported on AT&T’s network. You can expect to see all three devices in Q4 of this year — which means Santa Clause shouldn’t have any problems getting them.
The Focus S sports a 4.3-inch Super AMOLED display, which is likely to be at a 480×800 resolution. Inside you’ll find a 1.4GHz processor, and an antenna capable of 4G speeds. It’s also packing an 8MP rear-facing camera, and a 1.3MP to capture ya face! Oh, and it’s really thin at just 8.55 millimeters.
For the more budget conscious consumer you might want to take a look at the Focus Flash, which offers a slightly smaller 3.7-inch Super AMOLED display, but packs in a 1.4GHz processor as well — not sure if it’s the same as the Focus S. It also has a 5MP rear-facing camera along with the usual front-facing camera. There are no dimensions listed, but we can assume it to be smaller due to the screen size.
The gigantic HTC Titan which was revealed at this year’s IFA will be the largest of the them all with a 4.7-inch Super-LCD display at a similar resolution of 480×800, making this a WVGA screen. The inside reveals a standard single-core 1.5 GHz Scorpion Snapdragon processor from Qualcomm, which is accompanied by 512MB of RAM and 16GB of on-board storage. It’s also capable of HSPA+, and will have an 8MP rear-facing camera along with the 1.3MP front-facing.
So there you have it — three new Mango phones due to be released on AT&T by the end of this year.
