Magnifier hopes to reignite your interest in Music Beta by Google
By Christopher Weaver

After they hype wore off of Music Beta by Google many of us were left wondering why it was compelling to use. There is no way to purchase music or even discover any, making other cloud music options more appealing. That’s about to change, yesterday Google introduced a new music discovery site called Magnifier. This site offers free content (some of which is exclusive to Magnifier) that will be updated regularly.

Not only can you come to Magnifier to get your Song of the Day or other free tracks, but there will also be additional artist related content such as: live performances and interviews with the artists. The one and only small catch (you might have guessed) is that you need a Music Beta account — if you don’t already have one, go here to register.

Here’s a video to give you a taste of what Magnifier will be offering.
