Sorry for the tardiness everyone, but some kind of cold/allergy attack/flu/feel bad type thing has been kicking my arse for a few days. However, the world doesn’t stop revolving because I’m sick, so I’ll stop my whining and go ahead and bring you up-to-date with another week in gaming! Yay!

Breach
Release Date: 01/26/11
Platform(s): 360, PC
Developer: Atomic Games
Description:
Breach is a first-person multiplayer shooter which utilizes the innovative Hydrogen Engine to give players inventive ways to use destruction so they can stun, manipulate, and eliminate their opponents with a new toolbox of tactics. Virtual warriors can punch holes through floors to get the drop on enemies below, breach both interior and exterior walls, crush enemy fighters by collapsing ceilings and balconies, and even shoot away individual bricks to create “shooter’s holes.”
Players will take on the roles of some of the most elite field operatives in the US. CIA Special Activities Division officers are the teams sent in on real-life black operations when no one can ever know the US was involved. This secret world of black operations is brought to life with accurate weapons, gear, and real-life spy gadgets which virtual operators can use with real world tactics to defeat the enemy.
Summary:
This game looks pretty cool, and pretty innovative. The gameplay footage below demonstrates some of the cool features, and if you click “More Videos” under that you will be able to see even more. It looks like everything in the environment can take damage and be modified to help you. Is there a guy in a guard shack above you? Shoot out the supports and he will fall to his death. Unfortunetly I don’t have a Windows PC or XBOX360, so it will be hard for me to try this one out.

Delivering a sensory overload of sound, visuals and action sequences, Dead Space 2 will bring the psychological thrills of deep space to a terrifying new level.
Summary:
I downloaded a demo for this game a few days ago, and I had no idea what I was in for. I knew nothing about this game, and just knew it was a big title supposed to be launching soon. I thought it was just some game about space. While I was partially correct, I had a big surprise waiting for me. Here I was, just walking along a spooky space-hallway, and all of a sudden a giant, monkey looking, bowlegged, half-alien half-zombie monster was like BWWAHAHAHWEHSEHDFHGHHGGH!!!!!!11 I had to check my pants. This is a third-person, conserve your ammo type game, bringing lots of chills and thrills, and a slew of scary moments to keep your blood-pressure up.

What do paws and claws have to do with marine rescue? Is this game after a hurricane and you have to go around in your boat and rescue drowning dogs and cats? Meh. Silly title aside, I would recommend buying this for your offspring, and getting something a little better for youself…

I’ve gone away to join the circus.

Two Worlds II expands the RPG adventure by introducing new game content, extending gameplay and providing you with the answers to many questions and mysteries which arose in the main story. Besides several well-known regions of Antaloor, there are also completely new territories to explore. This game looks awesome. The customization level is just ridiculous. You can completely customize your armor, and even break it down and re-craft it to look different or have slots for jewels etc. Even more impressive is the skill customization feature. You can combine up to 6 skills to create a completely custom and unique skill. I’ll definitely be tryin this one out.
